SOUTHERN ZONE SEEKS SURVEY RESPONSES
Southern Zone Rugby League is doing some research into our community in order to improve the experience of people in the game and to assist with planning for the future. The aim of the research is to gain an understanding of who our rugby league people are. The people we are asking to fill out the survey are anyone involved in the South Island rugby league community including players, coaches, managers, trainers, referees, administrators and supporters.
Participating in the research is confidential and anonymous and personal information is not required if people dont want to disclose anything they dont wish to. The data will be collected using the Qualtrics website. The data will only be used for the purpose of the research and then destroyed.
The research is being conducted by Daniel Webber of the Otago Polytechnic who can be contacted at webbdt2@student.op.ac.nz and has been carried out under the auspices of the Otago Polytechnic Research Ethics Committee Category B Authority.
We would like you personally to fill out the survey firstly and then to pass the link and explanation on to other people in the community that you know are involved with rugby league in whatever role.

To be able to collate all of the data, responses need to be done by the 24th September which gives just under 2 weeks for people to fill out the form. Can you please encourage those that you know to complete the survey in that time frame.
Thank you for your help with this important research.
