Canterbury 19’s squad named

This weekend the Canterbury 19’s take part in the Southern Zone South Island 19’s tournament being hosted in Christchurch at QEII Park.

The team had a unique warm up game against the New South Wales Secondary Schools team touring New Zealand last week and despite the game going in New South Wales favor, the 19’s team made up of secondary school players matched the NSW team up until the final 10 mins.

The first game will be at 10am on Saturday against Southland.
